Transfer to another class

¡Hola gente!

So I'm back again and I finally uploaded the pictures that belong with the blog before this one. Please take a look because I made some beautiful pictures.

Well, we went with the whole group to another centre for disabled people in the city Algeciras. It is one hour from Chiclana. When we came there it was a sports day for disabled people. I didn't expect this so I felt really uncomfortable between all those strangers. Our clients were set in groups and they called each group to do the activities. It was great to see how much our clients enjoyed it and how happy there were, when they did something good. I think it was a good experience for them to do something different and be surrouned by other clients. After the sports the jury called everyone to the centre where they could come forward to pick up a medallie and a trophy. The clients were joyful and felt good about themselves. Then finally after that, we had lunch outside on the stairs and after that we finally went back to centre. Unfortunaly I fell asleep next to my supervisor.. it was so embarrassing when I woke up because he noticed and laughed. Thank God he said it wasn't a problem and he could laugh with it. It was a good but very long day so I was happy when I finally got home.

The rest of the days have been just kinda the same so I don't really know what to tell about them. Everything is still going alright, I learn more and more everyday. I also get many compliments about my Spanish because they say it's very good so you can imagine how happy I am to hear that. I can have more conversations than I ever thought was possible during this internship.

At the centre we had a Halloween party as here in Spain they celebrate it too. We made decorations for the party and for a photo booth and I think it's very pretty and we did a good job. With Halloween a lot of clients got dressed up and were painted. This day was only about partying and having fun. The clients seemed joyful and didn't have a carw that day. I think it's good to give them a day like this because they will just have fun with their friends and forget their problems for a while.

This week got transfered to another class because my supervisor told me that I needed to see more different classes therefore I have been transfered to Ceramica. I'm with another collegue who's also plesant to work with. The class is, how they say in Spanish 'mas tranquilla' and I think that is great. Because the other class is very busy and there are a lot of screaming clients. So yeah, I can honestly say that I am happy to be in this class. I can say the same for the clients in this class because they seem very happy that I am with them. I made some Christmas snowmen for Christmas in clay. I never thought I could make something like that but they turned out to be pretty good. I don't know for how long I will be in this class but I like it.

So, I've got nothing more to say honestly so this will be the end to my blog. Don't forget to look at my pictures because I didn't upload them for nothing!
